Working as a Life Coach I have discovered that one of the greatest blocks to achieving a happy and successful life is stress. For that reason I have trained as a stress coach with psychologist and stress expert Alice Muir and Dr Ken Hambly, GP and author of many books on the subject.
The stress management and resilience package involves 6 sessions of 45 minutes which can be carried out either by telephone or face to face. Included in the package is a relaxation CD. After each session you will receive a fact sheet with more information and ideas to support you and keep you moving forward.
By the end of the sessions you will be in control of your own stress management. Clients have reported that they have experienced reduction, and in some cases total elimination of their stress symptoms. Others have become more confident in difficult situations.
