I have been involved for over 17 years with the application of personal development methods for behavioural change and systemic personal growth.

This experience provides a resource of knowledge and understanding which is thoughtfully incorporated into the personal change and development work undertaken with clients.

As an NLP specialist and personal coach I use the latest advances in NLP, in particular with NLP New Code (as developed by NLP co-founder John Grinder)

New Code thinking and methods feature significantly in my individual client work and the collaborative workshops undertaken for a local counselling and psychotherapy clinic
