Welcome. I am a Psychotherapist and NLP Coach highly qualified and experienced in NLP,CBT and Psychosynthesis and am one of the first certificated NLP Coaches worldwide.I work to UKCP BACP and ICF codes.

Using the latest techniques,I specialise in making fast and lasting changes to enable your conscious and unconscious minds to work together as your allies instead of pulling you in opposite directions.

I tailor my approach to you as a unique individual and you benefit from my wide experience of working with individuals,couples and employees of large firms including Motorola,Fyffes,Pfizer,DFEE,PPCWorldwideand many EAP companies.

My personal style is intuitive, professional, creative, lateral thinking, warm, motivating,l ogical, practical and confident.Throughout my life I have accumulated information,knowledge,training and wisdom which I enjoy sharing with others.

I have a toolkit of techniques which really work .When you start coaching with me,you automatically gain access to a goldmine of ideas and resources.

I work with clients face to face or by phone from anywhere in the world and specialise in short term solution-focused work.Before setting up my own business,I had a successful career in a variety of senior roles in education and management consulting.This accumulated experience has proved extremely valuable in helping clients look at options and find solutions to challenges and change.
