I am currently on my NLP Practitioner journey and am looking for potential clients who would like an informal, relaxed, fun and inexpensive coaching experience.

I would like to practise some of my newly learnt skills and my personal experiences with coaching. To help YOU work out what YOU can bring to YOUR own life to make it better. To help you uncover more self confidence, have more self esteem; be more motivated, more positive, more focused, more of whatever YOU want in YOUR life.

Whether it's addressing a difficult personal or work situation/ relationship or exploring your goals, NLP is definitely for YOU!

I am only offering weekend and evening sessions at this time.

A little bit of information about me:

I have worked in sales for 6 years, mentored and trained new starters, to target C-Level and senior business decision makers in ICT companies across EMEA. My prior 4 years of experience includes working as a corporate fundraiser for a charity and managing 40 support services staff in an NHS trust. I have earned an MBA from Kent Business School. I am a trained yoga teacher, a director of a charity, read tarot, make time to paint, meditate and socialise.

I am very aware of the choices I have made to embrace balance in my life. Through some NLP techniques I have learnt, wish to help YOU discover how YOU can make positive changes to YOUR life.
