I’m a qualified life coach and business consultant with a passion for helping others to achieve their personal and professional goals. I have spent 16 years in various senior roles within the corporate sector and helped many people achieve their aims. I’m now devoting my time assisting others in doing the same through my own coaching and business services.

I hold a Diploma in Life Coaching and i’m proud to be accredited by Oxford College. I have a Diploma in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and in an ever changing world i’m continuing to develop my skills. I’m a member of the Association For Coaching and work in accordance with their code of conduct.
