All my working life I have been involved in coaching people and supporting them to be the best they can be. Coaching can cover many areas in our lives from Career Coaching and Relationship Coaching to Personal Health and Fitness and Parenting Coaching. Bringing together all my experience gained from working 15 years as a Human Resource Manager,Trainer, Pastoral Manager and Master NLP Practitioner, has put me in a good postion to be a successful Coach. I coach young people through schooling issues whether this be frienship upset, exam pressure or support with school life in general. Working together I am here to facilitate your thoughts and help you clear the fog from within. I have seen many parents and step parents with concerns about the young people in their families and the ramifications confussed parenting can cause. Coaching around this has had huge positive impact.
