I have enjoyed being a life coach for the past nine years, originally graduating with Coach University in the States (by two years of regular teleconferencing) and later with Results Coaching Systems in the UK. I am happy to take clients by phone, email or face to face, usually at my home in Plaistow, East London. My background is as a medical doctor and subsequently in senior management in the voluntary sector. I have a qualification and experience in counselling and am currently training in psychotherapy which provides psychological depth and perspective to my coaching. I have also practiced as a spiritual director for the past twelve years and thus enjoy meeting clients from a wide range of backgrounds and with many varied concerns and priorities.
