Jeremy Kyle, Annie and a Psycotherapist spent two intensive weeks with five individuals who wanted to turn their lives around. Annie inspired and motivated the participants to have faith in themselves, heightened their awareness and encouraged them to walk through their fears and take a chance on a new way of life.

Annie Ashdown is based in Wimpole Street, London W1. She is a confidence coach and Hypnotherapist who has an edgy but real approach. Annie offers a heightened degree of awareness on how to learn to act with courage, confidence and faith, all of which are potentials we need to discover within ourselves.

Annie is passionate about helping clients learn how to use their voice in an assertive, non agressive way. She helps people learn how to manage their power and live up to their fullest potential.

She offers pratical tools to use daily which will help you;
