Clients come from all walks of life; perhaps facing retirement, redundancy, considering a new career, a new relationship or struggling with a life changing event or illness. Coaching helps you identify your personal goals and supports you while you achieve them. Coaching can be face-to-face, by email or by phone at a time to suit the client. Loughton based, but willing to travel into London and the Home Counties.
