If you ask the man on the street what he would really like to do if he had no limitations whatsoever, there is every chance that he would tell you something completely different to what he's currently doing. And if you were to ask him who he is, he would tell you his name, nationality, age, job title or social position; basically everything but his true passion, unique talents or what his contribution to society is.

Coaching is a tool that brings out the real you. It helps you re-discover yourself. How many times have you been postponing your dreams? And how many New Year resolutions have you made and been disappointed for not achieving them? What are you capable of, if you really put your mind to it? What does life purpose mean, and what is yours? Are you honouring your values with everything that you are, and do? What is fulfillment?
