My name is Alison Brannan and I established New Horizons Life Coaching and Training Services to help individuals and groups takle issues around confidence, self-esteem, body image, lifestyle and wellness. I am a fully qualified Lifestyle Coach, NLP Practitioner and Self- Help Course Facilitator, in addition I have received a Practitioners Certificate in Eating Disorders. I use a holistic approach which combines the disiplines of Life Coaching, NLP, CBT and Hypnotherapy. I am trained to work in a wide range of issues relating to wellbeing and body acceptance.
I coach clients face to face throughout the Bucks, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Home Counties and London area. I offer telephone coaching nationally and deliver workshops and training events throughout the South East.
My aim is to work in partnership with individuals and groups empowering them to create a happier and more fulfilling life.
