I have a belief that we are all, in some sense, under-achieving. We all have resources, capabilities, talents inside that we're not using to the extent we could. For me coaching is about discovering and exploiting those resources to become more of who we really are.
I have over 200 hours' logged coaching, mainly in a corporate context, on leadership, career, and personal vision.
I'm based in East Anglia, coach face to face and on the phone. As well as being ACC (ICF) accredited, I'm an NLP Master Practitioner and use NLP techniques in my coaching where appropriate.
