I offer one on one telephone coaching in the evenings at at weekends. I have worked with my clients on a variety of goals including maintaining a healthy weight, building a better relationship, getting organised (time management etc), confidence building and re-igniting creativity (one of my clients is writing a long-dreamed of book!)
Before I became a coach I had worked in the media industry for eight years. I live in east London with my partner, daughter, and stepdaughter.
