I have over 20 years management experience within both private and public sectors, from banking and construction to education and regeneration. I am passionate about coaching and helping individuals work through their problems when things start to feel as though they are coming unstuck.

My own life-experience and career has helped me to develop a highly professional and non-judgemental style, while remaining caring, yet challenging. My priority is to work to my client's agenda and not mine.
