Personal Life Coaching in Brighton

I aim to help you develop the skills and attitudes required to help you get the best from your life.

  • Coaching gives you time to reflect on what you want from your life and how you want to achieve it
  • Coaching will give you the opportunities to develop the confidence and tools to become your own coach
  • The whole process will be directed by you, I’m just here to guide you

When can Life Coaching help?

Life coaching can help in lots of situations but some examples may be:

  • Dealing better with troublesome emotions such as anxiety
  • Overcoming procrastination
  • Improving health and fitness
  • Learning to manage long term illnesses
  • Becoming more assertive
  • Managing a career change

If you are unsure of whether coaching is right for you then please contact me – I will be happy to talk through coaching in more detail. I also offer a free initial session usually lasing approximately 30 minutes.

What about me?

I believe strongly that everyone has their own strengths and abilities uniquely suited to helping them realise their own particular goals. Coaching is about identifying and developing these individual strengths.

I have a degree in Business Management, BA (hons), a postgraduate diploma in Psychology and an MSc in Psychological Research Methods. I worked as a Lifestyle Manager before completing a certificate in Life Coaching from the Centre of Coaching which is recognised by the Association for Coaching and accredited by Middlesex University.

How does it work?

I work predominantly face-to-face however I am able to offer telephone coaching as well. If you have any questions or would like to book your initial free session please contact me.
