I have been coaching for several years now - trained by The Coachong Academy. I specialise in life, confidence, motivation and assertiveness coaching. I am also an accredited presenter of The MAGIC Program - coaching for 11 - 20 year olds.

I have helped many clients over the past four years - clients from all walks of life including fitness,health and nursing, media, local authorities and housewifes.

I offer face to face coaching where appropriate and telephone coaching. Various coaching techniques are used including NLP.
