I am a Counsellor, Hypnotherapy Practitioner and Psychosexual Therapist. I started my career as a therapist in the voluntary sector in 1995. I also spent 6 years in Primary Care as a practice counsellor in several surgeries in South Yorkshire. My interest in mental health issues continues especially in anxiety states and depression an area in which I have had considerable success. I specialise in psychosexual therapy, relationship coaching and sexual addiction. I am Relate trained counsellor and psychosexual therapist and continue to work with the organisation as a Practitioner under Relate License. I have been trained in Relationship Hypno Coaching by Ursula James who was featured in Channel 5’s Sex, Lies and Hypnosis.
