I have always struggled with my weight, but through taining as a life coach I have been able to lose weight and get fitter by understanding what really matters to me and having the confidence to challenge myself to achieve my goals. I offer a dynamic service for people with body image issues, especially those who are overweight and have low self confidence. I can offer a full nutritional service too. I run Nutrition and Weight Management courses in the Midlands in addition to my 1:1 client base. 1:1 coaching can be face to face or over the telephone.
