One Consultancy has been established since 1999 and works with a range of blue chip and personal clients, supporting on both Executive coaching and Recruitment. We place great importance on the values of honesty, integrity and professionalism and have developed rewarding long-term relationships with our clients, as we have a real desire to help people help themselves.

We are based in the Midlands and South and are supported by a talented team of Associates with wide ranging industry experience. The two Directors, Michelle Brocklebank and Denise Matthews are both qualified coaches and have career paths formed primarily in retail and service led environments, Denise from an Operations background and Michelle within Human Resources at a senior level.

We focus on Executive coaching and Career development - working with individuals who are seeking personal improvement to support them moving forward in their career. Additionally we are able to offer Individual Assessment through a range of psychometric tools.

At company level we design competency frameworks and assessments for leadership capability, to support succession planning and career development in your organisation.
