Unlocking The Cage is a coaching and training organisation dedicated to helping individuals and organisations fulfil their potential. The lead coach is Kerwin Hack, and experienced and enthusiastic coach who worked at an executive level in a large corporation, before leaving to set up Unlocking The Cage, doing the thing that he loves - helping people discover what is possible. In particular, he has helped people who have been made redundant and new starters to organisations.
Kerwin has been a career mentor for over ten years, and a coach for nearly four years. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and abides by their code of ethics. He is also a qualified hypnotherapist and runs training courses for organisations.
