I can offer Telephone Coaching (Skype and landline) and if you live in the SE of UK, I can also offer One to One Coaching, Walking Coaching and Art Coaching in my studio on Eel Pie Island in Twickenham.
The program will be tailored to match your individual needs and each session builds on the previous one, helping to maintain motivation.
