I am a qualified practitioner of the MBTI instrument and a member of the Association for Coaching.She is an Accredited Executive, Leadership and Management Coach through Ashridge Business School and trained with the award winning BBC Coach Foundation Course.

She was a senior manager with BBC Scotland with experience recruiting and developing staff

She is employed by the BBC Careerlink service to do outplacement career coaching for BBC staff and is a member of the Association for Coaching.
