Peter completed 29 years as a highly successful commercial operator with broad Head Office and field experience (including international)within a major Blue Chip company. With Marks & Spencer he was part of corporate success, decline and recovery with all the accompanying change management and restructuring processes. As a leader coach he provided strategic direction and business planning to large and diverse teams; with an acknowledged strength in identifying and nurturing talent. Having delivered professional and personal coaching within a demanding business environment, Peter has since 2002 applied that breadth and diversity of experience to his private Coaching practice - Pemsa Ltd.

Corporate clients (both public and private sector) Business owners and personal clients all appreciate his experience honesty and integrity coupled to his down to earth common sense and humour.

His services include executive mentoring and team facilitation but most clients select the 12 session goal focussed coaching series, following a no obligation introductory session. Face to face or the better value option of telephone coaching is available.
