I'm Peter Mackechnie and I manage Extreme Management Solutions. I've been fortunate in that I have enjoyed a varied and extensive senior leadership and managerial experience which covers business management, corporate communications, leadership & management development, people development, business and strategic planning systems, organisational and change management.

Whilst I've learned a huge amount by being a leader and manager, within business and managing my own business, I've also ensured that any skill set I've developed has been recognised and certificated appropriately. I've also benefited from a wide ranging academic base, not only in psychology but also within the strategic business sector. As a result of my experience, skill sets and qualifications I've created some excellent business and management development programmes that are specifically designed and focused on, you, the individual.
