PBDP is a networked partnership of associates who have many years of experience in training, coaching, competency development and consultancy in a wide range of public and private sector organisations.

Associates have international experience of operating in West and East Europe, West Africa, North America, Russia and South-east Asia. We operate throughout the world using the internet and PC-based desktop videoconferencing as our medium for interaction.

Associates are qualified - Master degrees, Diplomas and Certificates in training and coaching, psychometric assessments - and each have their own extensive experiences in business, management education and research which are shared with each other. We support, appraise and supervise each other.

This allows PBDP to offer a range of business and executive coaching styles, expertise and customisation while retaining a common set of values about human development that focuses on client empowerment, confidence, action and results.
