The Exceptional Performance programme gives employees the tools and techniques to deliver exceptional performance. It is not a training course in job-specific skills: on the contrary, it assumes that you already have everything you need to do your job well.
It is designed for you if:
- you are already successful in your job
- you are up-to-date with your knowledge and skills
- you want your performance to make a quantum leap
The programme explores how you and your organisation differentiate between adequate, good and exceptional performance. We look at the skills exceptional performance would need from you and draw out the ones you already have at your disposal, even though you may not be aware of them. We'll see how you can add to them using some specific techniques. Finally, we consider how to make this exceptional performance an everyday event, and how to get recognition for it.
The programme runs for 6 months and is based on 3 45 minute telephone calls each month.
