I am an Accredited Life Coach as well as having hands on experience of managing, training and teaching in the Not-For-Profit and Public sector for 12 years.

I have two main aims which, together, will improve the effectiveness of every team:

1.to provide a Training and Coaching service that works to improve the interpersonal and skills base of individuals to benefit the success of the team

2. to provide Mediation in the workplace to resolve organisational conflict

I provide packages of workshops on for example:

Assertive communication
Developing confidence
Public speaking
Action planning and goal setting
Improving motivation levels etc

which can be delivered alongside individual coaching to work on specific issues.

I also provide Mediation to resolve conflict in the workplace; the process works firstly with individuals then with the group to negotiate and affect better working relationships.
