Gladeana is an internationally published author (her recent books include 'Confidence Works - learn to be your own Life Coach' and 'Coping with Life's Traumas'). She is Vice President of the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Association for Coaching, Royal Society of Arts and Institute for Management Studies. She is an Honorary Visiting Lecturer in the Psychology Department of the University of East London.
