I specialise in working with people and teams who aim to achieve positive change and enjoy success. I support people in personal growth, career success, self estime and confidence. I work with clients to identify goals and stratergies, taking action and overcoming obsticals. This may involve overcoming limiting beliefs and staying true to values. I encourage motivation and commitment to achieving goals. Coaching is equally effective both face to face or over the telephone. This will be discssed at the initial consultation meeting to fit in with a clients needs. Meetings will usually be held every 2 weeks for 45 mins. My offices are are based in Worsley Manchester.
