I am an experienced and professionally qualified business coach. I come from a hands on line management background in marketing management, and also from a top 4 management consultancy. I've spent years helping organisations develop and change and have now transferred that learning to help people within business.

I am happy to coach individuals or across organisations. I use structured coaching techniques and processes to get the best out of coaching time and move forwards as efficiently as possible. I also agree coaching measurement criteria from the start so that you can be satisfied at the end of a programme that it has been successful and you've got return on investment.

The kind of things I normally look at with businesses or individual managers are:
