I coach to help unlock and enhance potential, talent, performance and progress - for people to identify and achieve what they want to create. To this end I support personal and business clients within commercial and not-for-profit organisations. I support executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, teams, teenagers and anyone else - because better exists for all.

My coaching seeks to combine the energy of conversation, inquiry and exploration, with a client's natural curiosity and intention. I encourage and champion insight and share observations, techniques and skills for clients to uncover the know how, confidence and resources to achieve whatever looks, sounds or feels best.

I have over 20 years international marketing and business development experience with large and small organisations and with my own businesses. I have over 12 years experience of sports coaching and have UEFA accreditation. I am a Business Studies Graduate and hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching and a Masters Degree in Coaching. I am a member of the Coaching Circle and National Council of Psychotherapists. I am coached and supervised on a regular basis and also undertake regular continual professional development.
