My focus in the last few years has been on providing "conscious business" coaching to senior executives in global companies (for example Google, Bacardi, Axa, Motorola and Citi). I also love doing this work with people in career transition or who are "birthing" a creative project -- for example a film, a book, or a philanthropic initiative. As presented in Fred Kofman's book, Conscious Business is about "creating value through values," and generating unconditional "success beyond success" by being present and making conscious choices, even in the face of great challenges. (I am intensively-trained as a member of the Axialent Faculty Network. Axialent's repeat business with major global corporations shows that a focus on the process of "success beyond success" tends to produce good outcomes, i.e. "success" as well as satisfaction. As in life, when we remain centered and true to ourselves, we are better parents, leaders, friends, and good things seem to happen.) Consistent with this approach, my coaching is a process of conscious reflection and awakening to your best choices. I listen to you. I "am" with you. I amplify your ability to observe how you act and what you take for granted. Together we generate "ahha!" moments, and open up possibilities that you did not see before. We focus on the challenges you care most about, and I help you practice responding to them in a way that leaves you feeling powerful and true to yourself. I work in English or French (with some Spanish), by phone or video conference, and by email, or can meet you in person, if in Paris.
