My experience in Executive and Business Coaching began in 2000, and has entailed me working with company directors and staff from a broad range of backgrounds including education and training, retail, health, law, finances, fashion, architecture and the Arts. I have helped entrepreneurs:

• discover their right niche and way of working
• keep on track
• meet ambitious targets

I particularly love working with visual artists, musicians and people working in theatre or film, to help them achieve their dream and overcome any personal obstacles holding them back. The sorts of issues I have helped artists with include:

• setting a vision
• achieving goals
• time-management and self-organisation
• overcoming mood swings, addictions
• life-work balance
• relationships and communication issues
• performance anxiety and confidence-building

I completed the International Teaching Seminars ICF-accredited Coaching programme in 2002, and am a Master Practitioner in NLP. I have also completed the Firework Career Coaching programme and Laura Berman Fortgang’s programme, ‘Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction’. I believe passionately in life-long learning and growth, and have recently completed the ITS Coaching Mastery programme. I have been trained by the world’s leading coaches, including Ian McDermott, Jan Elfline, Pamela Richarde, Jeff Staggs, Julio Ollala, and Robert Dilts.

Before setting up my own coaching business, I worked with a theatre company in Poland and then as a lecturer and senior manager in adult education for twenty years.
