Coach supervision

We all know how important it is to keep our own CIPD and coaching skills operating at the highest level. Undoubtedly, the best way to do so is to engage a coach supervisor.

We are pioneering a new supervision method called - 'Supervision DIRECT'. This is a monthly membership which gives you access to 1-2-1 coaching supervision and group supervision. The 1-2-1 supervision will be focused on your learning whereas the group coaching will be focused on techniques, models and tools.

Our aim is to create:
· An affordable supervision programme
· CIPD focused on you and your coaching skills
· Approved supervision for accreditation purposes
