I have been working within the field of training and development for over ten years and having personally experienced the value of coaching then became accredited as an executive coach in 2002. Having worked with many individuals and teams within organisations such as The BBC, Nokia, npower, Cisco, Logica CMG and IBM amongst many others I found I was being asked to coach and support other coaches more and more.

I eventually formalised my training in coaching supervision becoming accredited with the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2006 and subsequently was invited to tutor on the first ICF accredited Coaching Supervision Training Programme. Since then I have continued to enjoy working as an executive coach, delivering coaching training and advanced coach training programmes as well as providing development and support for established coaches as well as ongoing coaching supervision training for coaches aspiring to become coaching supervisors.
