Coaching Supervision / Mentor - about
I am fortunate to work with coaches. I founded the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2001. Since then I have trained coaches in Coaching Supervision to Diploma level, run Coaching Supervision groups face-to-face and via telephone, supervised many Executive and Personal coaches. I also offer Advanced training for coaches using the tools and insights of Coaching Supervision. With colleagues at the Academy, I run a two-day Supervision Skills training which greatly supports coaches in Action Learning settings.
All the supervision work pays attention to the coaching competencies outlined by EMCC, AC and ICF and extends coaches' skills and confidence in all areas of their work.
It's a privilege to work as a Coaching Supervisor - I get to accompany wonderful coaches on the huge learning and development process which is supervision. My work is divided between working for coaching companies/organisations and being a Coach Supervisor for individuals.
