Coaching Supervision / Mentor - about

As an ICF accredited coach and trained supervisor I offer supervision that is based on coaching competencies yet includes the extremely valuable tools from supervision.

My clients say I am ....empathic, pragmatic, down-to-earth, fun, structured, action-oriented, and focused whilst taking a holistic approach.

I aim to provide a safe space where your thinking is stretched and your learning is facilitated through reflection. Reflecting on every aspect of your clients together with your coaching relationships, the environments within which you and your clients operate as well as your coaching competencies. This focus enables you to be as skilled and self-aware as possible in your coaching which in turn makes a tremendous difference to your coaching and your clients.

I also believe great coaches need both mentor coaching AND supervision. As a coach starting off an emphasis on coaching skills development (‘mentor coaching’) is important, adding supervision if you have regular clients. For experienced coaches the emphasis may be more on client supervision with occasional coaching skills observation. As coaches, we can all learn something new or get into bad habits!
